From our California studio to your doorstep, we ensure every package is meticulously reinforced and packed to arrive in elegant condition, ready for playtime.


1. Processing & Handling

  • Timeframe: All in-stock orders are reviewed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (business days).

  • Curated Packaging: Practicing eco-friendly aesthetics, we use recyclable high-strength corrugated boxes and shock-absorbent fillers. This ensures zero damage during transit and an unboxing experience that feels like a true premium event.

2. Shipping Regions & Carriers

  • Domestic (US): We primarily partner with FedEx, UPS, and USPS Priority to ensure efficient and stable delivery across the nation.

  • International: Our footprint is global. For international orders, we collaborate deeply with DHL Express to handle customs formalities and bring high-end design across borders.

3. Shipping Rates & Timelines

  • Complimentary Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all US orders over $59. For orders below this amount, a flat-rate base shipping fee will apply.

  • Estimated Delivery:

    • United States: 3–5 business days.

    • International: 7–14 business days (subject to local customs clearance efficiency).

4. Real-Time Tracking

Within 12 hours of your package being dispatched, you will receive an email containing a Tracking Number. You can monitor the real-time status of your pet’s gift on our website or the carrier's tracking portal.

5. Address Accuracy

Due to the specialized nature of pet goods, we cannot modify the shipping address once an order is in transit. Please verify your shipping information carefully at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional logistics fees may apply for re-shipment.

6. Taxes & Duties

  • US Orders: Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination's legal requirements.

  • International Orders: International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend consulting your local customs office for specific policies before placing an order.
