Our Philosophy on Quality

At Divanoxcosh, every piece undergoes rigorous quality inspection before it leaves our studio. Our confidence in our design stems from an ultimate pursuit of materials and craftsmanship. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are fully committed to making it right.


1. The 30-Day Reflection Period

We offer a 30-day worry-free return and exchange service starting from the date of delivery.

  • Eligibility: To maintain the highest hygiene standards for all pets, returned items must be in brand-new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to sanitary requirements, products that have been washed or show clear signs of pet use (such as saliva, excessive fur, or bite marks) cannot be accepted for return.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that was damaged during transit or possesses a manufacturing defect:

  • Please contact our Concierge Team within 48 hours of receipt at service@divanoxcosh.com.

  • Include a photo of the damaged area. Once verified, we will immediately arrange a free replacement or a full refund. No additional shipping costs will be charged to you for defective items.

3. The Return Process

  1. Initiate Request: Email service@divanoxcosh.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Authorization: Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the designated return address within 24 hours.

  3. Shipping: Please package the item securely. For non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  4. Refund Issuance: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Funds will be credited back to your original payment method.

4. Safety Disclaimer

While Divanoxcosh strives for extreme durability, no pet toy is truly "indestructible."

  • Normal wear and tear or damage resulting from aggressive play is not considered a manufacturing defect.

  • We strongly recommend supervised play. If a product becomes broken or damaged, please remove it immediately to ensure the safety of your pet.
