A: We believe in being honest with every pet owner: no toy is truly indestructible. However, Divanoxcosh utilizes high-elasticity composites and reinforced structures, making them significantly more durable than standard plastic toys. For "aggressive chewers," we recommend supervised play.

A: It is a fusion of science and aesthetics. We reference the visual spectrum of dogs and cats, utilizing high-recognition blues and yellows complemented by soft Morandi tones. This helps pets lock onto targets during high-speed movement while maintaining a premium look.

Q: How do I clean the toys when they get dirty?

 A: Our materials feature excellent hydrophobicity. Most products can simply be rinsed under running water and wiped dry with a soft cloth. For plush or fabric items, we recommend hand washing in cold water to preserve fiber elasticity and color saturation.

 A: Yes. Divanoxcosh delivers globally. We collaborate with DHL Express and FedEx to ensure that even for international orders, your pet’s gift arrives safely and on time.

Q: What if my pet doesn’t like the toy?

 A: We understand that every pet has a unique personality. As long as the product remains in brand-new, unopened condition, you may apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Please contact our concierge at service@divanoxcosh.com to start the process.

Q: What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

 A: Please do not worry. If you receive a defective item or one damaged during transit, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. We will initiate a priority replacement for you, with all shipping costs covered by the brand.
